Terms and conditions

Lei Nº 16,559 OF 15/01/2019 - Art. 112;

- Charge of a fine of 50% of the total value of the reservation in case of cancellation made 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance of the check-in date;

- Charge of a fine of 75% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date;

- For reservations requested less than 29 days before check-in, the free cancellation period is 7 days after confirmation. If this limit is exceeded, a fine of 75% of the reserved period will be applied;

- If the consumer does not show up without prior notice of cancellation, the full price of the reservation will be charged;

- For reservations that cover national, state or municipal holidays determined by law, (i) a fine of 75% of the total value of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation made 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance the check-in date; and, (ii) fine of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date;

- The passenger can arrange to be exchanged for another person; under the same conditions expressed above;

- Failure to show up on the day, time and place determined for check-in will be considered NO SHOW – a 100% fine will be imposed, with no refund of advance payment made or credit to be made available for future accommodation;

- If the passenger is on the Island and wishes to return early, there will be no refund for unused nights;

- If the reservation is guaranteed by the agency or operator, and subsequently there is a request to change periods that are within the fine collection period, the fine will be charged and then the reservation will be changed (if there is availability for the new dates );

- The hotel is not responsible for flight delays and cancellations upon arrival and departure of your stay in Fernando de Noronha;

- In case of cancellation due to force majeure (health problems), send the necessary documentation so that the case can be analyzed by the inn management.
